Z-Hub for Compression

Z-Hub is a central resource for developers and users to share new modules, compressor compositions, analysis, and data. The platform promotes collaboration among researchers and developers working on scientific data compression, giving the community a common place to publish reusable building blocks and discover how others have assembled them into full compressors.

Z-Hub is part of the broader FZ project, the same effort behind my work on FZGPUModules. The long-term goal is to integrate Z-Hub and FZGPUModules so that the GPU-accelerated, graph-composable pipelines built with FZGPUModules can be shared, browsed, and composed using Z-Hub and FZ-VIS. The specifics of that integration are still being worked out.

I have mainly contributed to the following sections of the site:

• Compression Modules — browse compression modules contributed by the community and upload your own, making individual pipeline stages discoverable and reusable
• Compressor Compositions — discover and share specific compositions for lossy compressors, capturing how modules are wired together into complete compression pipelines
